This project involved a wide range of services required by the Venice public transport corporation to protect the Venetian Lagoon. We carried out environmental assessments to identify an area on the Isola Nova del Tronchetto in which to build and operate a vessel maintenance yard. We analyzed forecast dust emissions from the carpentry shop, VOC emissions from the paint shop and emissions from the machine shop. We monitored pollutant levels and carried out chemical analysis of groundwater. Lastly, we produced a quality report and identified the environmental impacts.
